Customers of our Business Area Defense are navies from all over the world; the related platforms are ranging from small patrol boats and OPVs through frigates, destroyers and corvettes, up to aircraft carrier or submarines. Our close relationship to the leading HDW shipyard proves our technology level in the area of submarine navigation, whereas the German Navy has chosen Raytheon Anschütz for the supply of full Integrated Bridge and Navigation System to all of their current surface fleet programs.

The Business Area Surveillance takes advantage of years of experience in world-wide maritime system integration to provide customers with customized system solutions for coastal surveillance and onshore / offshore site protection. The scalable system solutions range from radar installations up to full integrated Command and Control systems including through life in service support for the whole system and infrastructure.
